Youth Leader Resources
Cub Scout Unit Leaders are the backbone of the Cub Scout program, tasked with inspiring and educating the youngest members of the Scouting family. These leaders, including Cubmasters, Den Leaders, and committee members, organize and run meetings, coordinate activities, and guide Cub Scouts through their early adventures in scouting. Their role is crucial in nurturing a sense of community, teamwork, and personal growth, ensuring a fun and safe environment where Cub Scouts can learn new skills and earn achievements.
